IS360 LLC, Secure Datacom and MAXIS Networks have merged to one; MAXIS360.

The new company, which will operate as MAXIS360, will combine Maxis Networks and Secure Datacom’s robust security and managed services business with IS360’s rapidly growing voice and networking business.

The merger is a perfect fit said MAXIS360 President Jeff Foster; “all three firms focus on providing best
in class information technology solutions. The merger solidifies us throughout the state of Florida and
the Southeast. We are very excited about the ability for the new combined organization to offer our
customers the most complete set of IT products and services regionally.”

With the merger MAXIS360 maintains the highest level of certifications with partners such as Microsoft,
Fortinet, Trend Micro, Interactive Intelligence, Digium and Adtran.

MAXIS360 will retain dual HQ offices in Jacksonville & Orlando. Additionally, the new company will
maintain offices in Coral Springs and Sarasota and a Data Center in Jacksonville FL.
