Our ability to staff both local and foreign labor insures that we can provide the resources needed to man up both large and small labor crews for your construction project. Maxum has setup multiple facilities around the Gulf Coast to orchestrate resources and labor where you need it most. Currently, Maxum staffs a recruiting office in Brownsville, TX. In addition, our Quality Control and Training facility in New Iberia, LA test our welders and fitters prior to sending them to a client’s location, to insure the competency and workmanship meets Maxum's high self-imposed standards.
