The diverse interests of its clients have enabled the firm to achieve significant gains across the spectrum of public affairs.  They include passage of tort reform laws, replacing food stamps with debit cards, redesigning highway off ramps, shaping the electric deregulation statute to accommodate the state’s second largest utility, organizing the state’s entire commercial fishing industry and protecting casinos from raids by the horse racing industry.
