MCA is a PA State Licensed Real Estate Agency specializing in the sales and leasing of commercial and business properties. MCA provides client services and listing agency representation to business sellers. Prospective business buyers are provided services by MCA as customers. Buyer services include locating the right business, transaction management and lending advisory.

When a business valuation is necessary, it is increasingly important to have one competently prepared with thoroughly documented report. MCA has Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) on staff to provide this service to business sellers. With changes in Small Business Administration (SBA) loan program standards, today, a certified business valuation is required by a lender of loan commitment underwriting for a buyer who requires commercial financing to complete a transaction.
