Dustin McDaniel is the youngest former Attorney General in the United States with experience managing complex multi-state, billion dollar litigation.  During his tenure Dustin, successfully argued before the United States Supreme Court, testified before the U.S. Congress, was given many leadership roles by Republican and Democratic attorneys general across the country, and knows how to navigate clients through the most complicated waters.

Scott Richardson is one of the most experienced and successful litigators in Arkansas, managing and successfully litigating multi-million dollar lawsuits in both state and federal courts. He has experience in appeals at the Arkansas Supreme Court, the Arkansas Court of Appeals, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to his courtroom skills, Scott has also handled regulatory matters before Arkansas Boards and Agencies. His areas of expertise include civil litigation, education law, administrative procedure, and appeals.

Bart Calhoun is an experienced litigator in bankruptcy and consumer protection, practicing in federal and state court, as well as bankruptcy courts in multiple states.
