The Robert C. McDermond Center for Management and Entrepreneurship helps students blend their business and entrepreneurial spirit with a liberal arts education through a focus on leadership development and experiential learning. The Center develops "business-ready" leaders the world needs by providing students in any major, with access to programs, mentors, tools, internships, workshops and skill development.  

Whether the student desires to start their own business, or work for an existing business, the goal of the Center is to assist the student in achieving their professional dreams and goals . Whether a student aspires a career in an established enterprise, a start-up company, a not-for-profit endeavor, or wants to create his/her own company, the Center has programs and networks to equip them to be "business ready" in their chosen path.
