Game 7 is different from other sports and wellness facilities because of its foundation in science, medicine and experience. Our unique functional testing measures how the body moves, plus your level of fitness. Each Game 7 program is then individualized based on the results of your exam and your individual goals. Having those test results allows us to cross train safely, quickly and without the fear of injury.
