McMillen Health is a nonprofit organization based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, focused on preventive health education to promote physical, emotional, and social well-being. Founded in 1981 as a 501(c)(3), it serves the Northern Indiana region by providing 76 programs on topics ranging from general health and safety to HIV/STDs prevention, nutrition, and bullying prevention. The organization reaches roughly 50,000 youth each year and has educated more than 1.5 million children and teens to date.

Its 16,000-square-foot facility includes five themed teaching theaters, a 125-seat auditorium, and a Great Hall, and programs can be delivered at the facility, at schools within about 150 miles, or via interactive videoconferencing using two studios. In 2022, McMillen Health received the Pinnacle Award from the Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration.
