Meals on Wheels San Antonio prepares and delivers nutritious meals each weekday to homebound seniors living in Bexar, Frio, Atascosa, Comal, Edwards, Guadalupe, Karnes, McMullen, Medina, Uvalde, and Wilson Counties. During the last fiscal year, Meals on Wheels San Antonio provided 1,000,000+ meals to 5,320 seniors. Adults who are homebound, unable to cook for themselves, and lack outside support are eligible for services at
no charge.

Meals on Wheels San Antonio has served the senior citizens of Bexar County since 1977. Today, our agency is one of Bexar County’s largest non-profit organizations providing services to seniors. Services include home meal delivery, companionship for homebound seniors, and daytime care for seniors diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or
dementia-related diseases.
