Each piece of feedback we receive from customers is recorded into our CRM and development tracking system and reviewed weekly to make sure it gets implemented in the future update. Obtaining inspiration from his customers, Steven has always been actively involved in shaping and refining the product. Along with his dedicated team of programmers, Steven and his team are in relentless pursuit of easy-to-use and technically superior software. As a software industry veteran of 20 years, he has been devoted since 2001 to streamlining the measure estimating process by utilizing advanced technology. He received his Ph.D in Computer Science from the University of Southern California in 1991.
