Media Asset Advisors (MAA) is an operator-led M&A consulting firm for music, media, and intellectual property. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Los Angeles, we primarily serve mid-market clients in North America, the UK, the EU, and Australia.

We are operators turned advisors. Before founding MAA, we built and ran companies, closed deals from the inside, and led restructures that enabled successful raises and exits. That background shapes how we approach each engagement, with discipline and an instinct for what actually moves the needle.
