Media Process Group (MPG), founded in 1985, is one of Chicago’s most renowned production companies and is currently owned by Bob Hercules and Keith Walker. MPG’s facilities, including Avid Symphony & Media Composer HD editing suites, are located in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. MPG has the complete in-house resources to take a program from pre-production through production to the final edit. With over 25 years of production experience, MPG specializes in broadcast, commercial, and documentary-style shooting and editing, with an optimized graphics department capable of 2D and 3D animation.

Over the years, MPG has produced numerous award-winning documentaries that have aired on PBS, IFC, the Discovery Channel, The Learning Channel and the Deep Dish Network. Our camera credits include work for CBS’ 60 Minutes and 48 Hours, HBO’s Real Sports, PBS’ Frontline and NBC’s Dateline, as well as ESPN’s E-60 and The Oprah Winfrey Show.

In 2009 and 2010 MPG received several Midwest Emmy’s for a show they co-produced with the Chicago Urban League, NexTV.
