Medical Home Plus (MHP) is a nonprofit organization created in 2003 that works to help children with special needs and their families find the support they need. We help parents successfully navigate the systems of care and find the opportunities available to them on behalf of their children.  MHP has the only IEP Advisory Services Scholarship Fund on the East Coast; allowing parents to work with skilled experts whilst navigating and negotiating for their child's educational accommodations in a public school setting.  MHP employs parents of children with special health care needs so all of our professional interactions are based in empathy, trust and relevant perspective.  We don't ever charge families for the services provided and programs are not diagnosis-specific. Therefore, no child or family is ever turned away!  Your Child is Our Mission.
