Once dictated, transcriptionists have immediate access to your dictation. Give us a call and we will send you the instruction sheet for accessing the system with easy to follow directions.

Once your dictation is transcribed, it is transferred via the internet to our secure/HIPPA compliant web site where you will have 24-hour access to your patient's records and the ability to download the transcription to your computer for your internal EMR and print at your convenience for your office file (please check out our website services for other options that are available.) Because the transcription is transferred directly into your computer from our website, minor editing can be made by your office staff if necessary.
