Since 2004 Medicare First has grown exponentially to become the largest supplier of locum Social Workers in London. This has been achieved by initially concentrating on the largest concentration of vacancies geographically and developing the business progressively. Embracing the Managed Vendor companies and developing strategy around their procedures also lead to rapid success in terms of placements and market share.

Our intention is to replicate this success throughout the rest of the UK. As we have a proven record on Preferred Supplier Lists and Contracts on which we feature, our applications onto new ones have proven successful.

As part of our contractual obligations our business regularly undergoes reviews and audits to ascertain our levels of service.  Medicare First has always maintained favourable feedback from these examinations on occasion achieving an unprecedented 100% compliancy rating.
