Medici Land Governance was founded in 2018 as a public benefit corporation to bring modern technology to land governance and public records, systems that underpin property rights, economic opportunity, and public trust. We help government agencies digitize and modernize recording workflows using AI/ML-powered document intelligence, secure verification tools, and audit-ready reporting.

MLG works alongside public-sector teams to convert legacy documents and scanned archives into usable, structured data—improving speed, consistency, and accuracy while reducing manual work and risk. By diminishing human error and protecting records from accidental loss or damage, we help agencies strengthen the integrity and resilience of the public record.

Alongside this, we aim to work with the county to provide increased transparency and document access to public constituents in the process. Our product suite includes DocAI Document Intelligence for public records processing and recording, advanced and predictive search capabilities that improve discovery and access, and fraud prevention + notification tools that help protect property owners. For agencies that benefit from additional integrity controls, we also support blockchain-based components that can provide tamper-evident logs, provenance tracking, and verifiable proofs tied to recorded actions.
