In October 2017 we encouraged proposals for external investment, and subsequently formed a partnership with the Business Growth Fund (BGF) who provided capital investment which enabled us to complete a number of acquisitions in both the Occupational Health and Alcohol & Drug testing markets, strengthening our national footprint and improving our vertical integration of relevant organisational health & wellbeing services.
