MedStar Washington Hospital Center is a not-for-profit, teaching and research hospital in Washington, DC. It has 912 beds and serves as a major referral center for the region’s most complex cases. Its cardiology program is highly acclaimed, and its cardiac surgery program has earned the highest national rating from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
