Medstop AB, en svensk apotekskedja med 69 apotek ägt av riskkapitalbolaget Segulah, bildades 2010 i samband med avvecklingen av apoteksmonopolet. Medstop omsatte drygt 2,8 miljarder och var den första privata aktören som öppnade ett apotek i egen drift efter avvecklingen av monopolet, under ett helt nytt varumärke och profil den 17 januari 2010 på Scheelegatan 1 på Kungsholmen i Stockholm. Medstops huvudsakliga geografiska marknad fanns i mellanstora till stora städer i Syd- och Mellansverige, och upptagningsområdet sträckte sig till Uppsala.
Under våren 2013 köptes Medstop av Oriola KD, som även ägde Kronans Droghandel. Den 2 dec 2013 fusionerades de båda apotekskedjorna under namnet Kronans Droghandel Apotek AB.
