MEDTECHMD INC.: incorporated in 2015 primarily engaged in Telemedicine Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) technology services. Consumers may store PHR/PHI (Personal Health information) on our private Consumer-Mediated Exchange (CME) securely in compliance with HIPAA rules. Consumers identify the incoming request, identify, authenticate and authorize the movement of their health data to destinations they choose using the ONC (Office of National Coordinator, HHS) technical guidelines. Our portal services include extraction of data from multiple silos for consumers PHR and send secure audio or text messages and emails to the consumers and providers. Consumers would have unrestricted access to the data exchange and could provide access to the family caregivers also. We provide links for multiple educational services relevant to their chronic health conditions (CHC). In addition we also provide consultation services to the 'Best Telemedicine' practices and protocols to the providers approved by the Association of American Telemedicine (ATM). Currently about 20 such services are approved by ATM.

Various 'Health IT' services include (but not limited to) Blockchain-based technology / Digital vault (called chain of trust, with potential to transform Healthcare according to IBM) to enable Interoperability, transparency, auditing and also allow members to exchange items of value through a distributed ledger. The security and privacy is enhanced through encryption and cryptology. This technology also speed pre-authorization and enable timely treatment of the patient as well as accurate payment to the provider and faster transaction among the multiple related features.
