Meeting Evolution key components manage the meeting/event life-cycle starting with stakeholder or client requests; eRFP preparation and submission; negotiating; contracting; registration; mobile apps; event session setup (BEOs); room block management; post event tracking; cost savings; and reporting. All of our modules - ME REQUEST, ME SOURCING, ME REGISTRATION, ME WORKSPACE and ME MOBILE - include a self-managed CRM, a supplier database of more than 120,000 properties, venues and other suppliers. Data moves seamlessly between modules to reduce re-keying information.
