Meeting Matchmakers helps corporations, organizations, associations and families find, negotiate and book group events at hotels worldwide.  In order to receive a discounted group rate, hotels require a minimum guest room block of 10 rooms or more per night.

Founded in 2010, Meeting Matchmakers, LLC is a leader in the hospitality industry through our experience and partnerships with hotels, DMCs, venues, event production companies, DJs, 80s bands, entertainment, transportation (air and ground), florists, photographers, lighting, linen, tents and individualized corporate or welcome gifts.

Our mission is to act as a liason between our clients and venues.  By hand picking site specific locations and arranging site tours, we are able to assess group needs and venue options.  Our exceptional service and ease of communication alleviate excess correspondence and allow us to conduct seamless contract negotiations with the utmost confidentiality for both parties.  Continuous follow-up before, during and after events ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience.
