Meiji Pharma Spain, S.A. is a pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratory that operates within a multinational group, with its headquarters and production facilities in Alcalá de Henares, in the Community of Madrid. It was founded in 1991 as the Spanish subsidiary of Meiji Seika Pharma Co. Ltd., the pharmaceutical arm of Meiji Holdings Co., Ltd., and its facilities are designed to meet regulatory requirements at both national and international levels. The site comprises two manufacturing plants, a center for research, development and innovation, a logistics hub, and the corporate offices that support administrative functions. 

From its Alcalá de Henares base, the company exports medicines to markets around the world and also manufactures products for other multinational pharmaceutical firms; two notable products are a third-generation cephalosporin and a hyaluronic acid–based product. It serves the Spanish market while maintaining an international footprint, including markets in the Americas and Asia. In 2023 the subsidiary was recognized as the best subsidiary within the group, receiving the Outstanding Performance Award.
