We employs approximately 90 permanent staff and around 400 casuals each year, in a variety of creative and administrative departments at our Company HQ and at Southbank Theatre, which are both located in Melbourne's Southbank cultural precinct.

As the state theatre company of Victoria, we're an important part of the cultural landscape and play a special role in the lives of thousands of Australians.
