Melin Homes is a registered social landlord. We were created in 2007 and we own and manage over 4,000 properties in Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Torfaen, Newport and Powys.  

We are an innovative, community-based housing association, and a major provider of affordable homes in south east Wales.

We are more than just property and our residents are at the centre of all that we do. We have a fresh and dynamic outlook and our intention is to make a positive difference in the communities within which we operate. 

As well as homes to rent, we also build homes which are available to buy through low-cost home-ownership schemes and provide accommodation for people ages 55 and over.
