Memphis Cashflow is a full-service real estate investment company based in Memphis, TN. Since 2003, we have provided investors the opportunity to build wealth through real estate. We do so by selling turnkey properties below market price, then managing the property through our sister company, Marathon Management. This allows our investors to live carefree while passively collecting income.

Memphis Cashflow, GP specializes in turnkey real estate investments. Typically, the properties we buy are needing repair, ranging from minor cosmetic repairs to a complete renovation. When renovating, our focus is centered on sustainability, energy efficiency, and attractive aesthetics to entice potential renters. And since we buy our properties at a discounted rate, we are able to offer our houses below market price. After selling, we then work with Marathon Management to manage the properties for maximum cash flow.

While our focus is centered on the greater Memphis area, we are expanding beyond into other parts of the Mid-South. In previous years, we have begun buying and developing properties in Mississippi, Arkansas, and other parts of Tennessee.
