Men Having Babies, Inc. is an international nonprofit based in the Bronx, New York, that supports gay men seeking parenthood through surrogacy by providing education and financial assistance. It organizes monthly workshops, virtual events, and conferences around the world, connecting participants with a wide range of service providers and unbiased guidance. The Gay Parenting Assistance Program disburses cash grants, discounts, and free services to hundreds of couples each year, complemented by a Membership Benefits Program that offers peer guidance and exclusive provider discounts. An Advisory Board of surrogacy professionals guides program development, and the organization's Ethical Surrogacy framework has endorsements from LGBT parenting groups globally, supported by extensive online resources such as a provider directory, FAQs, video library, expert Q&A, and a research library. 

The organization serves a diverse, international audience, with a focus on expanding access and reducing barriers to surrogacy for LGBTQ+ families. In late 2024, it partnered with The Pride Center at Equality Park to host the Florida Surrogacy Conference and Expo, illustrating its ongoing outreach to regional communities.
