Since 1966, Menges Roller has been dedicated to designing and manufacturing market-leading, precision-engineered industrial rollers for the steel, paper and plastics sectors.

Our flagship line includes temperature-altering chill rolls and heat transfer rolls, which ulitize thermal transfer fluid in a double-wall spiral-baffle design. Menges specializes in larger formats as we fabricate wide-web process rolls up to 30 feet long.

We operate large-scale extrusion, vulcanizing and finishing equipment for rollcovers in silicone, rubber and urethane-based compounds. We’ve won multiple awards for our innovations in elastometric compounds.

Our comprehensive service offerings include thermal modeling, elastomer testing & development, roll re-cover services, dynamic balancing, journal repair & replacement, OD modification, as well as chrome re-plating and acid flushing of liquid-filled rolls.
