The Dutch branch of Menicon has been around for more than 45 years. Our company, formerly called NKL Contactlenzen, was founded in 1974 as a manufacturer of rigid contact lenses. Based in Emmen, we now produce and deliver much more than just rigid contact lenses. We also manufacture soft made-to-order lenses and Menicon Z-Night lenses. In 2006 we became part of the Japanese company Menicon. Since that time, we also distribute soft disposable lenses and contact lens solutions. As a creative specialist company, Menicon will continue to provide products and services needed by society.
