Founded over 130 years ago in Marathon City, WI, Menzner Hardwoods is America’s leading manufacturer of hardwood mouldings, millwork, and lumber. 

We’ve grown significantly from our humble beginnings as a sawmill fueled by logs harvested from logging camps in Northern Wisconsin. Today we are a proud fifth-generation, family-owned business. Our team of nearly 500 employees span facilities across Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Mississippi, working together to source and dry green lumber, manufacture and finish millwork and mouldings, and deliver products to our customers around the country.
 
Since 1894, Menzner Hardwoods has evolved by keeping our eyes on the future and continuing to lead innovation in our industry. By combining our history and passion with a continuous pursuit of what’s next, we are uniquely positioned to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Menzner Hardwoods also owns and operates MLC Transportation, a private trucking company used to ship our products across the country.  Our fleet of 17 trucks can ship to anywhere in the continental United States or Canada and are capable of carrying other shipments on their return trips.
