The Mequon-Thiensville School District is a public 4K–12 district located in the North Shore suburbs of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, serving the City of Mequon and the Village of Thiensville. It comprises six schools—Donges Bay Elementary, Oriole Lane Elementary, Wilson Elementary, Lake Shore Middle, Steffen Middle, and Homestead High—educating roughly 3,700 students with a workforce of several hundred staff and supporting a broad program that includes arts, athletics, and co-curricular activities. 

The district has a track record of strong performance, with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction rating it as significantly exceeding expectations and with three National Blue Ribbon Schools recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. In May 2022, Kevin Deering was appointed Executive Director of Educational Services, reflecting ongoing leadership for the district’s educational programs.
