Since 1965, Mercury Plastics has been providing innovative thermoplastic solutions to a variety of markets including; appliance, automotive, construction, liquid dispensing, marine, medical, off-shore oil and plumbing.

In addition to our base manufacturing processes, we are further distinguished in that we are one of only a few companies in North America that has a captive electron beam processing facility.  This facility houses a 5 MeV electron beam accelerator, which has been in operation since 1999, and a 10 MeV electron beam accelerator that has been in operation since 2024. These electron beams are used to process products that we manufacture and products for outside customers.
