Mercy Medical Angels provides free transportation to life-saving medical treatment for patients in need. Since 1972, we've delivered more than 450,000 free trips—by air and ground—so distance and cost never stand in the way of health.

Our national network of private pilots, commercial airline partners, and ground transportation providers helps patients get to critical care they can’t access locally. We serve children, veterans, and adults facing cancer, rare disease, and complex conditions—with compassion, clarity, and dignity.

What we do:

- Gas cards and bus fare
- Dedicated programs for veterans and children
