Originally chartered in Arizona on November 12, 1929, Merger Mines Corporation was then incorporated in Arizona in 1938. Merger Mines Corporation In 2020, Merger reincorporated in Idaho severing its former ties to Arizona.

Merger's  office is located at 3714 W. Industrial Loop in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Merger has been in the heart of the famous Silver Valley for over 86 years.
