Our President and CEO, Jimmy Dalcourt, brings 20 years of government experience, both active duty as well as civilian IT contracting for government clients.  Our COO, Florence Morgan, brings a decade of experience in program and project management in industries ranging from financial services to commercial and residential lending and servicing to insurance. This blend of experience and skills allows us to serve our clients' very unique needs.
