 ENGINEERING FACILITIES
With over fifteen years of machine design experience, we can help with any design problems you may have. MTC uses the latest version of Solidworks 3D CAD design program to design and draw any parts that you may need. We can work from sketches, to complete designs that bring your ideas to reality. Whether you are looking to make one replacement part or a complete machine being built, MTC can work with you to make it a reality. 
 CAM ABILITIES
MTC uses MASTERCAM for CNC machine programming. Working directly from your drawing files or ours, MASTERCAM is the most efficient and accurate way of machining most all parts. All CNC programs are recorded and kept with your drawing files,  so parts can be made repeatedly and consistently whenever you need them. Revisions and updates are easily done, which allows you the flexibility to make complex 3D parts. 
 MACHINING MEDIAS
MTC works in all materials, from plastics to Invar. We can supply any material and will complete the part in any finish that you require. We make parts out of acrylics that need vapor polishing and bonding, to precise close tolerance machining of any metal. Secondary operations of any type is no problem. We do all types of engraving, polishing or assembly that is needed to make your parts complete.
