About Gulf Coast LED Lighting Gulf Coast LED Lighting, LLC is owned and operated by two retired military veterans – Mike Andel and Don Richards in Gulf Breeze, Florida. We are members of the National Veteran-Owned Business Association. We started the business in late 2010 to bring green, energy saving solutions to businesses and residences throughout the country.
