Our innovative ‘Submetering as a Service’ (SaaS) model generates long-term recurring revenue and, on average, has been found to reduce in-suite electricity consumption by an impressive 40%, significantly advancing the decarbonization efforts of our clients.

Since 2024, Metergy has matched 100% of the electricity consumed by our offices with renewable energy certificates from wind and solar power sources. We also purchased and retired carbon offsets corresponding to the fuel use of our offices and fleet vehicles. Renewable energy certificates and carbon credits are only a step in the right direction - our commitment to cutting carbon emissions from our operations remains a top priority.
