MPIC’s common shares of stock are listed in and traded through the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). On August 6, 2012, MPIC launched Sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) Program with Deutsche Bank as the appointed depositary bank in line with the Parent Company’s thrust to widen the availability of its shares to investors in the United States.
