Metropolitan Fine Properties was founded in 2002, so we've been in business for a while. Since then, we've helped customers across DC, Maryland, and Virginia find their dream home. We've also expanded our scope of work significantly, to make sure each person has the best possible real estate experience.

For sellers, we offer concierge services, covering the cost of home improvements upfront, so that you can sell your house quickly and we can get you the highest price possible. We also have an in-house mortgage company, so buying a home is as stress-free as possible.

Unlike a lot of other real estate companies today, we're an immigrant-owned, family business. That means when you choose to work with us, we'll go above and beyond to help you in your real estate journey. Most of our clients are still from referrals — people who have a friend who loved working with us.
