Founded in 2006, MFS started as a mechanical lockbox supplier serving the property preservation industry. Over time, we expanded our product line to include a broad range of securing solutions, supporting real estate agents, property managers, and general contractors.

In 2016, we acquired a cabinet company, ProCabinets, allowing us to enter the multifamily renovation and new construction markets. We’ve since developed cabinet lines tailored for affordable housing, LIHTC-funded projects, and single-family new construction. Designed to meet HUD requirements and evolving market demands, our cabinetry continues to grow with customer feedback, industry trends, and new technology.
