Sustainability & Safety MG McGrath has a strong safety record with multiple Safety Driven Awards of Excellence and Meritorious Achievement in Occupational Safety, alongside recognition as a top specialty contractor. This presents an opportunity to pitch long-term maintenance partnerships, safety-compliant facade projects, and retrofits that emphasize risk reduction and programmatic safety integration for clients.

National Expansion Transition from a local glass shop to a national glazing contractor signals capacity to handle larger, multi-site projects. Target opportunities include multi-building commercial campuses, healthcare or educational facilities, and government benchmarks requiring robust logistics, scalable fabrication, and nationwide field support.

Full-Service Capabilities With pre-construction design-build abilities, 100,000 square foot custom manufacturing, and end-to-end services from façades to maintenance, MG McGrath can win competitive bids on integrated glazing systems, value engineering, and post-construction service contracts for complex building envelopes.

Technology & Collaboration Adoption of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit-like workflows (via Bluebeam), and cloud tools (Microsoft Azure, Dynamics, Teams) supports streamlined design coordination and project management. Leverage digital collaboration to upsell BIM-integrated glazing packages, prefabrication offsets, and tighter turnarounds for fast-track projects.

Recognition & Reputation Repeated regional and state-level awards for fabrication quality and safety build credibility with potential clients. Use awards to validate proposals for high-profile projects, particularly where owner satisfaction and safety records are pivotal to procurement decisions.
