MHFA England is a London, England-based social enterprise in the professional training and coaching sector focused on improving national mental health through evidence-based Mental Health First Aid training. The program equips people to support themselves and others, fosters conversations about mental health, and promotes seeking help when needed. With a workplace-focused approach, it has provided consultancy and training to more than 20,000 workplaces over the past decade. In 2026, a partnership with South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust expanded resources for Mental Health First Aiders in southwest London. 
MHFA England advocates for parity between mental and physical health and promotes a whole-organisation approach to wellbeing. As a social enterprise, it reinvests profits to support the next generation and offers free or discounted training to people involved in sports and recreation sectors working with young people.
