Mibar Engineering LTD is a local Colorado Springs structural and foundation engineering firm primarily focused in the custom home and new construction industry.

Mibar was founded in 1999 by Michael and Barbra Reynolds (Mi-Bar) with the intention to provide local home builders in the Colorado Springs area with efficient and low cost engineering designs. Since then, we have done structural and foundation engineering designs for over 6,900 custom homes, master planned communities, residential additions, and remodels. After almost 22 years, Michael Reynolds retired and sold the company to Molly Tolle, who had been working at Mibar as a structural engineer for over 16 years at the time.

Now, as the sole owner of Mibar Engineering LTD, Molly has taken over as the head engineer for the company. She carries on the founding principles of Mibar with efficient and low cost engineering designs, as well as creating a great work environment for new engineers.
