Specializing in clients who have complicated, technical products or services, we dig deep into understanding how each company works and what sets its offerings apart. We don’t accept cursory answers—we will challenge the status quo, asking the “so what” questions.  

This often leads to an “ah ha” moment, when the client expresses a key benefit that they’ve never been able to articulate. It’s the realization that their value is beyond the product or service they offer, it’s that “secret sauce,” the key benefit that only they can claim. We use that kernel as the basis of the marketing campaign, which often includes a new tagline and unique selling propositions.  

Clients have a hard time leaving us 
We believe in building relationships. With you. With your brand. And with your audience. That’s why we’re still working with clients that came through our door over 20 years ago. We frequently find that when a client moves to another opportunity they take us along, too.  

Our strength is our ability and desire to help clients find their story and tell it in a compelling way.

Where there’s a will there’s a way—it’s a good way to sum up the MZ philosophy since day one back in August 1999. We’ve found our ability to work directly with clients allows us to be responsive and make adjustments easily—whether to the project at hand or the larger marketing plan. Doing whatever it takes means exploring different paths to solve a problem, uncover a solution, handle an urgent situation, or discover the creative way out. Because if you have the will, you can find the way. 

We’re in the heart of Grafton, Wisconsin, in the former Grafton Woolen Mill, looking over the Milwaukee River rapids. We’re also next door to AM Coffee, which conveniently turns into the 024 Taproom craft beer bar at 5 several evenings a week!
