Michigan Community Action (MCA) is the association for the 27 Community Action Agencies (CAAs) in Michigan which provide multiple human service programs in all 83 counties throughout the state. For almost 50 years, MCA has served as an advocate for low income individuals and families. We promote solutions to poverty and promote community and economic development.

Michigan CAAs are the largest human service network outside of the state government. We are committed to economic opportunity for all.
