November 1, 2020 Micro-Office Systems became Micro-Office Systems, a Division of Medsphere in order to continue serving clients as they have for 30+ years with the expanded resources of an industry-leading healthcare solutions provider.  

Micro-Office Systems provides patient engagement and data conversion and archive services for healthcare practices.  

Patient Engagement Solutions 
MOS improves patient experience, satisfaction and retention through our Patient Communications Gateway (PCG). PCG manages bi-directional patient engagement across many different channels and practice management systems.

Data Solutions 
MOS also works to archive, migrate, interface and extract data from PM & EMR systems. We bring speed, reliability constancy and value to the data conversion process.

Our clients have had tremendous success reducing no-show appointments utilizing a systematic approach to patient reminder communications.  Clients also see a significant increase in patients willing to use the practice's patient portal, also based on better patient communications.
