We are the US subsidiary of Microfinish Valves Pvt. Ltd of Hubli, India, a 46+ year old manufacturer of Industrial Valves and one of the top 3 manufacturers of Ball Valves in the India market. We opened our sales and distribution center in Houston in June of 2010 to extend our reach to the region of the Americas.  

We offer a full range of ASME and API 6D Floating and Trunnion Mounted ball valves in sizes from ½” through 48”, 150# through 2500# Class and in soft and metal seats. We specialize in stocking API 6D ball valves manufactured in Stainless Steel construction in a wide range of sizes and pressure classes. 

We pride ourselves in being a valve manufacturer, which has become a lost art as many companies have chosen to private label products made by 3rd party companies or outsource their production. We have a fully staffed engineering department and perform the design engineering, machining, assembly and testing of our own valves in house, which provides us tight control over the quality of our product line.

Here are a few key points about our product line which help separate us from the competition:

1)      We offer a standard 3-Year Warranty. 
2)      We manufacture our valves in a new State-of-the-Art 150,000 sq. ft. facility 
3)      We hold ISO 9001 certification, and all our valves are SIL-3 Rated.  
4)      We hold a number of AML approvals, the most recent being PEMEX, Fluor, DNOW  and KBR. 
5)      We have our own in-house pattern shop which rigs our patterns to produce level 3 quality. 
6)      We X-Ray or Ultrasonically test the critical areas of all castings and forgings in 600# class and higher valves, and all valves in all pressure classes above the 24” size. 
7)      We can offer our valves in a US Domestic configuration (assembled & tested in Houston). 
8)      We serialize 100% of our valves for full traceability. 
9)      We have over $8.5M of finished goods in stock in Houston for quick response capability. .
