Mid Pac Petroleum is a Hawaii-based petroleum marketer and distributor, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Koko'oha Investments, Inc. and Grace Pacific Corporation. Our primary business is the acquisition, distribution and marketing of petroleum products in the State of Hawaii. With the exclusive right to use the 76 brand in Hawaii, Mid Pac Petroleum supplies seventy-one 76 gas stations in addition to fulfilling contracts to local marketers and commercial customers. Of the seventy-one 76 gas stations, we own thirty-seven and operate fifteen. Mid Pac also owns and operates petroleum terminals and trucking operations in the islands. 76 has been a well recognized and respected brand in Hawaii for almost a century and currently has about 12% of the local market share.
