Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is an independent charity and healthcare provider based at Airbase Avenue in Shifnal, England, serving six Midlands counties—the largest air-ambulance operating region in the UK. It funds and operates three air ambulances and a fleet of critical care cars, responding to incidents since 1991 and conducting up to 12 airlift missions daily, year-round. Because daily missions are not funded by government or NHS, the charity relies on public and local business support to raise around £16 million annually to remain operational.

It cultivates mutually beneficial partnerships with Midlands businesses, combining fundraising, sponsorship, marketing, and staff engagement programs to develop bespoke collaborations that support its lifesaving work. The charity operates as an independent healthcare provider and is registered with the Care Quality Commission. In 2026 it hosted a Drowning Conference at its Cosford airbase and charity headquarters and launched Mission Critical, a public exhibition that shares crew experiences.
